Head of House
Petyr Webber
Lord of Coldmoat
Aria Webber nee Fossoway
Lady of Coldmoat
Petyr Webber (b.276 AC) inherited Coldmoat from his father Lorimer Webber in 291 AC. During his lordship, House Webber has gone from being a vassal of House Osgrey (a vassal of House Rowan), to absorbing House Osgrey's lands and holdings following a failed rebellion in which Petyr stayed loyal to House Tyrell, to whom they are now sworn directly.
A brusque and pious man, he maintained a mostly isolationist policy. He has a hatred for House Rowan.
Aria Webber nee Fossoway of Cider Hall (b.292 AC) is a kind and optimistic woman who cares deeply about her family. ( played by /u/gloude )
Ottomore "Otto" Webber
Heir/Acting Lord of Coldmoat
Elena Webber
nee Hollard
Future Lady of Coldmoat
Ottomore "Otto" Webber (b.309 AC) was sent to Highgarden at the age of seven to squire under the Heartguard. He returned to Coldmoat in 324 AC following a heart attack (and horseback riding injury) involving his father.
A similar event occurred in the 5th month of 327 aC, and Otto now rules Coldmoat during his father's infirmity. Though betrothed to Elena Hollard, he is in love with a common girl named Aranea, the daughter of his bastard brother's mother. Aranea is with child.
Otto is described as being good natured and having an "honest face" but his recent actions have shed new light on his character.
Amarei Webber
Gwaine Swann
Amarei's Betrothed
Amarei Webber (b.310 AC) is the eldest Webber daughter, and has spent all her life in Coldmoat. She was the favored child of Petyr Webber, with whom she was very close to. She remains her father's primary caretaker.
She is considered beautiful by many, but she is not always pleasant to be around. She is selfish at times, proud, vindictive, sometimes even cruel - but she loves her family and House deeply. She has a reputation in Coldmoat of being a bit of a brat, and she is known to bicker with her mother.
She was betrothed to Gwaine Swann against her knowledge and wishes in the 8th month of 327 AC.
Elinor Webber
Elinor Webber (b.312 AC) is the second daughter of House Webber, and the older twin to Theomund Webber. She is the most softspoken of her siblings, and can be shy and introspective at times.
As a child, she was awkward looking and lanky. Only recently has she begun to grow into her looks and find herself. Elinor is kind, sweet, patient, and perceptive. She is close to her twin, Theo, with whom she has exchanged letters with for many years.
Theomund "Theo" Webber
Squire to Ser Orwyn Oakheart
Theomund "Theo" Webber (b.312 AC) is the second son of House Webber, and the younger twin of Elinor Webber. He is a good kid and a hard worker, something the Oakhearts can attest to.
Like his twin, Theo likes to keep to himself when it comes to private matters. He is loyal, dutiful, and isn't one to anger easily. He was fair with the sword, but through hard work and determination, has become quite skilled. He takes his duties and lessons very seriously, and enjoys learning. Most would agree that he will make a fine knight someday.
Rohanne Webber (b.320 AC) is the youngest of her siblings. Born eight years after twins Elinor and Theo, she came as a surprise. She is the only one of her siblings to inherit the traditional Webber coloring of red hair and gray-green eyes. She is small for her age, fair skinned, and freckled.
Coldmoat's livery often refers to her as "Sweet Rohanne" or "Sweet Anne" due to her happy and chipper temperament. As her nickname suggests, she is a very sweet child.
Rohanne Webber
Ser Cleos Flowers
Bastard of Coldmoat
Ser Cleos Flowers (b.297 AC) is the son of a former serving maid, Charlotte, and the half-brother of Aranea, Otto's lover. He does not know the identity of his mother, only that she was once a maid for the Osgreys.
Aside from Rohanne, he has the strongest resemblance to his father, Petyr. He is a quiet and obedient man, not one to question orders or commands. He prefers to act as a protector for his half-siblings, but is much closer to his uncle Tomas who raised and trained him.
